Recently signing up for a separate Instagram account for my blog opened a lot of doors for me, since my personal IG is private I only let people I really know or personally interact with on a certain level, follow me and see my posts. The Keter Multi Dine 3 in 1 High Chair caught my eye because of the sturdy design and the fact that it could be used from baby to toddler years, it meant that Little Miss Banshee can use it too. I showed my husband pictures of different high chairs that were available and he also zoned in on the Keter one, he said the others can fall down easily just by looking at them. I got a quick response and contacted the IG seller through Viber. Ms. Erika was very accommodating, she was very patient with me and provided all of the information I needed in order to purchase the product. I settled the payment thru online bank transfer last Saturday and sent her a picture for proof of payment, she was kind enough to send me updates regarding my purchase after. I got pictures of the high chair out of the box and of the package minutes away before being shipped through her personal courier. I got my order yesterday which is just 2 days after I transfered the payment, a quick and smooth transaction all in all. I gave them back the completed application form, my old driver's license and payed Php520 for the license fee. Oh and I had to pay an extra Php100 for an address change request. Then I waited to be called for the dreaded pictorial, my government id pictures never come out right, I always look hideous haha! The word whitebait does not refer to a single species of fish, it is actually a general term used in many countries to describe small freshwater fish that are tender and edible.  Here is the lowdown of our own fritter recipe using whitebait inspired by <a href="http://www.marketmanila.com/archives/fried-tawilis-a-la-marketman" target="_blank">Market Manila</a>'s tortang dulong article, thanks Marketman!</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">Fortunately, Dulong is available everytime Mr. D goes to the market at the fish stall he always frequents, where he found the rare Tawilis we discussed in one of my earlier articles. So when he got back, we immediately tackled the small freshwater fish by rinsing them gently in salted water to remove dirt and putting them in a strainer to remove excess moisture.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">While that's going on, prepare the other ingredients for the batter. Mince a couple of tomatoes, onions, and spring onions, again no measurements (I hate measuring, that's why I leave the baking to Mr. D, it's more of a Science than cooking anyway), just add as much as you want. Mix them with the drained fish fry, add salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste, flour and beaten eggs plus herbs and spices of your choice. Keep the size of your fritters uniform by using one ladel in scooping your batter. Fry your whitebait fritters for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
