I dialed their number and got connected to one of their agents right away. I was asked to provide the usual personal information one would be asked for any service that includes delivery, like your name, address, landmark, preferred payment method and contact number. Then the car information such as the model/year/make of the car, the plate number and the type of battery. It was around 4 in the afternoon when I called them and was told that their technician would arrive within the hour. I had a prior engagement that I couldn't get out of, so I asked them to reschedule the delivery around 8 in the evening instead.

Their technician arrived earlier than 8pm, he was friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and was equipped with tools needed to make the battery replacement and the necessary diagnostics. We couldn't take any pictures of how it went since it was already late and I had my 4-year-old son with me the whole time, forgive the lack of photos. Anyway, the technician took out the old battery and quickly installed the new one that we chose to purchase. We started the engine, which booted up smoothly, ran some tests and it was done.  
 
We opted for Cash On Delivery, paid him with the exact amount the agent told me to prepare over the phone, was given a receipt & battery warranty and he went on his way. He was in and out of our garage pretty quickly, now that is indeed hassle-free, definitely one for the books.
